War Victory Comics was a 36 page one-off comic book released by Harvey Comics in the summer of 1942. According to the cover, all profits made from the comic were donated to the USO and Army & Navy Relief Funds. The Green Hornet appeared in a two-page short story featured in this issue, "For Victory, Buy United States War Bonds and Stamps." This story was written by Leon Harvey and drawn and inked by Arthur Cazeneuve.
