An art auction that is being done for charity is interrupted on live television by three hoodlums. Nearby police are able to defeat and capture one of the hoodlums, but before they can get the other two, a ray is unleashed upon the car, ending with terrible results. The Green Hornet and Kato find themselves attempting to take down this deadly machine.
