The Syndicate is a criminal organization, comprised of seemingly legitimate businessmen, that appears throughout the 1940 Green Hornet film serial. It is led by the mysterious Chief, whose true identity is only known by Curtis Monroe, who serves as the Chief's liaison to the rest of the Syndicate's members.
