"Programmed for Death" is the third episode of the Green Hornet television series. It originally aired on September 23, 1966.[1]
Plot[]
Reporter Pat Allen is killed by a leopard, which leads Britt Reid to find a transmitter inside a cigarette box. Britt is later informed by D.A. Frank Scanlon that a perfect diamond was found on Allen's desk. Looking around for clues, The Green Hornet discovers that gemologists have been creating real diamonds.
