In the continuity of the NOW Comics, Paul Reid is one of the individuals to assume the vigilante persona of the Green Hornet. He is the younger brother of Alan, and a nephew of Britt Reid II.

Paul Reid was born in 1967. Following his elder brother Alan's death, while fighting crime as the Green Hornet, Paul Reid reluctantly took over the mantle as the new Green Hornet in 1989. He initially, worked alongside Mishi Kato, but when she left, he partnered up with his uncle and brother's former partner, Hayashi Kato, and later with Hayashi and Mishi's nephew Kono.
