Curtis Monroe as he appears in the film serial
Curtis Monroe is a character who appeared in the 1940 Green Hornet film serial, where he is portrayed by American actor Cy Kendall. He is a high ranking member of the Syndicate, an organization of seemingly legitimate businessmen who controls a large portion of the city's organized crime, and serves as the liaison between the Syndicate's mysterious leader The Chief and the rest of the members. He is the primary antagonist of the serial and appears in all thirteen chapters.
